3 RepliesGun control has only worked in Aussie to lower crime rates, Diesel, sorry to say. And that's probably because the manufacturing industry is so far from Aussie that the black market cost of a gun is just too high. Europe, though, is a much more accessible market and ergo the rates are high. Plus, there's a high population density in Europe so more violence occurs. After the ban on guns, England, for example, saw a massive increase of nearly 3x in violent crime before lowering itself back to what it was before the ban

3 RepliesI see alot of very right wing people on here screaming "mah guns!" I'm all about 2A and I'm strictly against gun [u]bans[/u], keyword there. But there does need to be stricter gun [u]laws[/u], oh look another key word for the "mah guns" people. I've been around guns since I was 4, we need proper gun education and a stricter process to acquire said firearms. I'm all for doing an extended background check or having to go through a certification course of some sorts as long as I can still buy whatever gun I want when I want. Basically, keep our guns, but a stricter buying process.
