Snipers Suck All Fun From Pvp
Honestly I've never complained about a gun or asked for a nerf & I'm not doing asking for one now but come on. Everyone who honest with themselves or isn't using snipers know that snipers in this game have sucked all fun out of pvp. Most of these maps people already know exactly where to stand for the whole match & aim they 1000 stare at head lvl the whole game running round doing this the whole match. & it's a lot of you people doing this, Bungie you have yo fix this it's getting out of hand. Please just follow what other shooting games like cod & etc. do & add in sway & hold breathe because being able to just aim these snipers & the dot just sits there head level without moving until someone passes by which then aim assist steps in & follows you while all you have to do is pull the trigger is ridiculous. I can't do a match now without snipe everywhere I go please add in sway do not allow people to cheese everyone anymore

CoD sniping has sway because it balances out the damage, which can one shot hip up for most snipers. Destiny sniping has no sway because you have to be skilled to snipe people in the head. That's why beginner snipers struggle. [spoiler]balance dude. it's all balanced[/spoiler]

Still not as annoying as shotguns. At least when a sniper kills me I can think 'ooooh, nice shot.' When I get killed by a shotgun, all I can think is 'oooh, you got into range slightly before I did.'

2 RepliesEdited by Razzar8: 11/26/2015 8:02:45 PMThe reason sniping in Destiny has no 'breathing wobble' is because it requires a precision shot, nothing less to actually kill someone. This is also the reason for the heavy aim assist. Saying that aim assist should be removed from snipers is one of the most idiotic things I have seen people say. People who say AA should be removed obviously came from a COD background where AA isn't a thing. Also, removing AA from snipers would mean that bungi would have to remove all AA from all guns in Destiny. The AA in Destiny is a very underrated feature that helps to define Destiny as its own unique game, cry and bitch about it if you want but AA is here, and it's here for good. If you don't like that fact then go back to COD like the whining baby you are.

People with you're logic is what is ruining destiny stop complaining about a gun because you're garbage at crucible instead uninstall the game and actually go play COD kid

People hardscoping are easy kills... Maybe what you need to do is learn how to run and gun... Most good players will be running at top speed most of the game because there is slight delays to radar. If you skate across map or jump around people while they are ads, you pretty much have the kill... But that is a really simple explanation. 3v3 it's easier to pull off, but games like clash are much more hectic, and the probability of encountering random people goes up quite a bit (for obvious reasons). Map/people awareness will help you die less... Then you need your own skill with the gun to boost that kdr.

I main sniper. Used a shotty for two matches. Did exceptionally better with shotty. Game got boring with no challenge.
