[b][i]Commander Libreous-Tibrarium enters the new bar, thirsty for an expensive scotch. Subconsciously, he hopes he can find in Julie what he found in Aliza before she died.. A friend, someone he could talk to - although outwardly, he rarely shows emotion.
Libreous walks up to the bar.
