Who else hates that the gjallahorn was sold by xur last week
I hate that bungee have just taken the piss out of every player in the game by making us invest way to many hours grinding to get the gjallahorn to only have it sold at the end of year 1, it was the rarest and best gun in the game and it still could of been the case in year 2 but bungee like to screw us over #noloyalty

My kid witch is way better than me has been playing since beta! He runs sword when Crota was real hard! He has over 1000 hrs in and never gotten it. I had 5? So no I'm not upset about it at all! I know there are others like him too.

Granted, I have no friends with a PS4 and Destiny, so I have done hardly anything more than one nightfall strike with an acquired "friend" and I suck at PvP, currently. So exotic drops, I seen little. Without Xur, I wouldn't have very much to bring into a battle. Thankfully, I was able to acquire ghorn last weekend. Even if to enjoy the hype for a short while. But I love playing Destiny, even if it's just for bounties, dailies and weekly heroic. With or without ghorn. Just don't forget that there are many like me who have put in the time, yet never had an opportunity to fire up one of the most powerful weapons in the game until now. That is all.

I'm amazed at this logic. Grinding for a weapon that was sold the 2nd week of the game, and then again a year later. I don't have the Ram, yet. Doesn't mean I'm going to grind for it. I don't even know what that means, anyway. Playing Nightfalls 3x week? Only so much we can control. The flaw isn't with Xur (and his random, yet not random items), but rather with RNG that limits/rewards players unequally (or randomly).

I've known people that would get 1-3 a month, it's wasn't rare and it didn't require skill to get it that's just how RNG rolled in their favor. Even a few of them wished for things like Universal Remote, Thunderlord, and Hard Light to complete their exotic collections and literately either go only 1 before Xur sold it or bought from Xur himself. Then there are people like me, who got tons of exotics, but could never get a Gjallarhorn. RNG was not in the favor for us and there is a good chance we probably never would have gotten it otherwise, but just to prove a point here are the exotics (weapons only) that I have gotten from RNG. 13 Universal Remotes 8 Plan C's 6 Truths. Red Deaths. and Dragon's Breaths 5 Suros regimes. NLB's , Ice Breakers, and TLW's 4 Thunderlords, Mida's 3 Hawkmoons. Patience and Times 2 Monte Carlos 1 Hard Light, 4th Horseman This is why Xur bringing isn't a bad thing, and honestly the only people upset over were people who pretty much only had a spot on the team BECAUSE they had a Gjallarhorn.
