we paid for the disc and the contents
No you didn't.
im paying ps plus to play this
That is not Bungie's concern.
we paid 100 dollars for the game and paying 50 bucks per year to play online
You would think that would be reason enough not to cheat, but the human race tends to let down.
anyway i wanst banned cause i dont cheat, but of course i dont want to play with those who cheat in the game to gain some advanted
Somehow I don't really buy that.
but either way i dont think they have the right to do this
They do have a right. They made the game.
unless they are paying the gamers back
That would be a stupid idea.
bacause they bought the disc, and now its a useless disc
Maybe they should've thought of that before they cheated.

Dude just be happy bungie doesn't talk Sony and Microsoft into bricking your console like they used to do with the halo hackers
-
Take away an exotic at random everytime you cheat. Reduce ALL your armour defence by one so you lose some light levels. Essentially deranking. Oh, and a dunce cap for 24 hrs.
-
People posting up why they got banned are all from Xbox and it has been proven why in their game history. Bungie have been doing this for over 10 years so don't believe the trolls they actually cheated.
-
Read the terms and conditions when you first signed in :3 there ya go bud
-
ShiT sparkles: the movie
-
Read the terms of agreement instead of skipping it and agreeing
-
I also paid for the game. I would prefer not to play with those that cheat.

-
Hope ur trolling but sadly enough I don't think you are.

Answer silly post in the following way- Good for you, you paid x amount of money for this game? Good for you! You now exploit the game to make your internet boner larger thus causing everyone else's experience to become worse. Who cares if you payed for it, you deserve a ban if you cheat. Case closed.

3 RepliesIs this literally the first online video game you've ever played in your life?

im in cali

1 ReplyWhy doesn't anyone ever read the terms of agreement? Read them and weep cheaters!
-
For cheating lol

To OP and whoever sees a point in what he's saying: 1) Please learn how EULA's work and do some research on common business practice found within them. 2) Please carefully read the EULA of Destiny as well as any game or service which you feel this argument may apply to. You just made the Internet a better place, simply by raising your own level of understanding.
-
Um, you are such a cheater. Only a cheater would try to justify this. That's like saying well the bank made it easy to steal and since I am a customer, why not? I pay my monthly checking account fees, so I can exploit the it.
-
2 RepliesInocent till proven guilty, well you were proven guilty. They know they would potentially loose money from you by banning you. They did their research before hand, trust me. Not trying to be a dick though dude.
-
Their game, their rules. They could completely shut down the game tomorrow and there wouldnt be a dam thing we could do about it.
-
1 ReplyJunkie knows you payed for the game, but to make it fair for everyone else who paid for it so that if someone cheats and the other person just wants to play crucible but has no fun and can't win because someone is cheating or taking advantage of the game Bonnie has the right to their own game to make it so that the person would be banned for a limited time but not forever... 👍🏻

4 RepliesThink of your copy of destiny as the key to a rental apartment. You bought the key, which gets you in the door, but You also signed a terms of use agreement when you first walked into the room. You own your disc; you don't own Bungie's servers, which is where the gameworld exists and is maintained. And if you violate the rules you agreed to, Bungie will lock you out of their house.

4 RepliesEdited by Kent_Strife: 8/1/2015 4:33:26 AMhow can you be so silly to let all of us know that you have been cheating? You say you haven't, but I've never seen a fair player defend the cheaters. Regardless this post of mine is just a little something to everyone who got banned. They can ban you because you violated the user license. You screwed up other paying customers fun just so you could have yours. Instead of trying to get better, you just -blam!-ed other people over. And people don't get banned for glitching into areas, they get banned for using glitches and bugs to harass, they also get banned for cheating. Quite frankly you're lucky this isn't a perma ban
-
They paid for the license to play the game. They do not own what's in the game, just the physical disc (or the digital picture or whatever). They purposefully manipulated/exploited something so they get what they deserve. Everyone should know that if you cheat, you'll probably get banned.
-
12 RepliesYou paid for a license to use their software you own nothing more. Learn to read user agreements.

3 RepliesEdited by Alex_Supertramp1: 8/1/2015 4:42:54 AMWow, I have never seen someone who doesn't cheat defend cheaters. That makes absolutely no sense. "No, I don't cheat, I just really enjoy playing against people who cheat in crucible!" Wtf, are you serious? It's called a license agreement dude. Everyone agrees to the terms and conditions when they first load into the game. Nobody reads that crap, but it's in there and it's perfectly legal. They are lucky the bans are not permanent.
