It says that people who have bought expansion one and expansion 2, and/or have a character above light level 30 before August 31st 2015, you get the sparrow, shader, and the emblem. I don't see why day one players should be mad because it's kind of hard to be a day one player and not be at least level 30. Unless I missed or am misunderstanding something.

You're right, however there are some things day one players can't get (unless bungie makes it happen) we can't get new emotes and the exotic class items with extra xp gain unless we buy the game and season pass again. Plus a lot of people have already spent $100+ on the game, but now you can get the game and season pass and the taken king for $60. Bungie ripped off a lot of people.

Ohhhh I understand now. Yeah that sucks :/ hopefully they'll do something so that everyone can get those things.
