READ THIS. Give KermitTHEFrog a break.
I found this earlier today. Gameinformer were actually able to speak to KermitTHEFrog and verify he is the owner of the account. This completely changes my opinion on the story and I no longer have any ill-will towards him.

I have no interest in argueing with anybody over this matter. This is just to continue to help everybody get all the facts.
Edit 1: Lots of replies good to see this getting out there. I do not care if you disagree with this post but no need to reply here if you are just going to try to shit all over me or anybody else here.
Edit 2: Over 1000 comments...wow. People coming from both sides. Lots of funny comments and a lot of people taking this situation WAY to seriously. Anyone wishing death on 'Adam' or anyone in his family, really needs to get themselves some help.

The rage is against the person who deleted those characters! If it wasn't "Adam" than he is not the one people are mad at... So this doesn't really change much! But if all this is true (and let's just say it is) it's interesting how once again you should only start judging if you know all the facts... Bullying sucks!! That stays!! Good recovery for Adam though!!

It's a sob story. Who gives a shit if he was in an accident. Doesn't excuse the issue. And a real human being would find that anonymous person who just happened to use his account and prove they did it. He messed up and is looking for sympathy. To many times has that account done this. This article makes him look a victim. He is scum.

I think that "story" was written by Bryan Williams. Does ANYBODY believe it? Seriously? What a fully concocted made up story because he's gotten caught. I'm not dissin the OP for this, just saying GameInformer is probably not that good at sleuthing and that whole story is full of holes. Peace

2 RepliesThis is has to be the biggest load of horse shit that I have ever seen. Hell, the incident with the kid, just happened. If he was able to return to work "recently", then he was coherent enough to know what was happening with his PS4. I can't believe that anyone would try this story, and I can't believe that anyone would be stupid enough to believe it. Last week, I was of the belief that the incident was sad for the kid, but that he sort of brought it on himself. I still believe that, but this person is just a piece of shit, and now they are lying to try and garner sympathy

Why is any of this news? I just don't get it. Him and the kid need to suck it up and move on. Life sucks, deal with it. Learn the lesson and move on! There are children going hungry or living on the street right here in one of the richest countries on earth and we've got people losing their minds over some kids fictional characters!

You should try to put some common sense also. The kid was in a head on car collision, Bad enough to have missed work and was on pain meds for at least a couple of months. There are incidents involving this kid deleting more than 1 player's characters. One in particular was a thread made on Nov 1st, 2014, the day of his accident. Accuser stated that "Adam" had done the same thing to him and it happened YESTERDAY, the day before the accident.

The story is just way to "perfect". It completely clears anyone of blame, with a sob story (true or not) that makes you believe it. It's just way to good of a situation that negates anyone from trouble. Not buying it

10 RepliesSo Adam gets in a head-on car crash, he's asleep for a half of 4 months because of the pain medication, and people go on his account and delete some kid's stuff without him knowing? In case people are hard-headed, [i]this is unbelievably worse than just some random guy deleting a kid's stuff.[/i] I've been in a crash in which the car hit and even [i]flattened[/i] a bike route sign and crashed into the wall. There was a solid steel stoplight pole [b]about one and a half feet thick in diameter[/b] that we barely missed by half a foot. It would've been so much worse if we hit that stoplight pole, but all 4 of us were able to walk away without any serious injuries. Besides from a huge bruise covering the front of my leg all the way up to the bottom of my knee, I was fine. That day made me realize how lethal car crashes can be. So if you're still hating Adam, read the Game Informer post and think about what he's been through, including when people told him to die from cancer. He took that very seriously because [b]his sister died from cancer a few years ago[/b]. I believe that he has done nothing wrong now that I've read the Game Informer post. Read that post, and think about what you've just read.
