I don't see satire tag. Confused....
Outlaw is faster than firefly when reloading. And firefly is the best pve perk hands down. I would not be upset if they nerfed firefly. That's how good it is.

Do people not understand outlaw only procs on headshots. Are people also only fighting thralls in this game? Ffs
-
That's why the reload is faster. Cause it requires precision kills. And thralls are actually tricky to get headshots if they are close.
-
Ok yeah but it only procs on headshots. Feeding frenzy isn't that much slower and procs on every kill. It's not about skill it's about practicality
Ok yeah but it only procs on headshots. Feeding frenzy isn't that much slower and procs on every kill. It's not about skill it's about practicality
No, it is about skill. It takes more skill to reliably crit enemies. Reliably critting with outlaw means you're almost always reloading super fast. Reloading every clip super fast means more kills. Reload oriented weapon perks are good when they allow you to kill more things. Therefore, a skilled player makes outlaw a superior perk to feeding frenzy. As to your opinion on firefly, I encourage you to go out into the field and test it. The only way you can honestly think it's not good is if you haven't used it.

No it doesn't if reloading is the most important part your reloading faster on average with feeding frenzy because not every kill you get is a headshot. This is especially evident in pvp

Edited by Phi-7: 2/9/2015 9:06:39 AMNumbers. +50% is 2.5x more than +20%. It may be more practical to have a constant proc, but it is equally practical to have the extra reload speed when it truly counts.

Extra reload speed always help and you are acting like you can always get a headshot when you need it. You're being unrealistic
Extra reload speed always help and you are acting like you can always get a headshot when you need it. You're being unrealistic
You just need to get one crit per clip for the perk to be better. You can't reliably manage one headshot per clip? Even when there are no-crit enemies around, they typically don't come alone.

You're letting your emotions speak louder than reason. The entire point is to keep calm under pressure, rather than panic and pray.

You may be right. But with firefly they just go hand in hand.
