Sometimes while I am on certain maps of the Crucible (such as Firebase Delphi), I will see enemy dropships moving on the edge of the map. They even registered on the motion detector. So, what if, in the future, we could just be playing a normal crucible match when bam, drop ships full of enemies come in to attack. The Crucible Handler contacts us (like he does during a normal match) and warns us of the threat. Suddenly, the guys you were just fighting are on your side. This seems possible as the planets you are on aren't fully secured by the City. Also, on the Grimoire Card for The Anomaly, it says that the Hive will eventually come to seek out the power of it. Sound cool?

2 RepliesIt would be pretty neat if Bungie would implement a cooperative wave-based mode similar to firefight in ODST and Reach. Surviving longer and scoring higher would yield a greater chance for obtaining better loot.

If you want to kill some mobs with other players go do some strikes or a raid.

I'd love to see this happen, just picturing morbidly obese Cabal getting shoulder charged or their helmets popped off on Mars in PvP makes me laugh already lol.

In a bunch of the crucible grimore cards it says that the crucible was given control of these areas so that experienced gardians would already be on site and ready to defend it if the need should arise.

1 ReplyI'd be down with it. Probably play crucible often
