I've watched this weapon drop for so many others but I still can't get one even at around 400 hrs. And what pisses me off most is that it's almost ALWAYS dropped onto someone who already has it and the next thing I hear is "well, at least I got an Exotic Shard..."
WHAT IN THE FLYING -blam!- BUNGIE!!!
Nothing pisses me off more than watching the 1 -blam!-ing weapon I want dropped onto those who don't even want it.
Okay. I'm done. Back to the grind.

Join the club.... I've played 900hrs and still don't have one, and I've seen it drop so many times for others! I'm over it now though, I'm just enjoying my game and my Hunger Of Crota is a more than able substitute
