The title says it all.
it just means you got lucky
Edit: thanks for the many responses.
Just for the haters whose comments are always welcome here. I barely use launchers. Don't really think the ghorn will change my mind.
The whole point of this post is to stop being an elitist prick about having the ghorn. You don't need a full team of people with ghorn to raid. Just be cool and show the others the way.
Edit 2: It's a funny situation for me here today. Because I just "earned" the ghorn. I'm very cautious by using the word earned because I got carried by two peeps in the nightfall. Thanks to khande22 and spawndertsk who deserved it more than I do. How do I feel about this weapon. It's a fun weapon. But it's not the weapon that defines the player but the player himself. Although, I won't suddenly turn into an elitist prick who would only raid with gjallarhorn owners.
Carry on Guardians! The light is strong with you.

2 RepliesBut it can make you better

5 RepliesI understand people's frustration, I have Ghorn and i would much rather have thunder lord! However I realize Ghorn is much more powerful, you don't need skill as long as you lock on and shoot :/ I have gotten 3 of them and it just makes raids easier using one...
-
1 ReplyHaving a GHORN doesn't mean you're bad either haha
-
2 RepliesHaving a Gjallarhorn doesn't mean you're good. What you use it for does.
-
2 RepliesHey man I've had this game since release have been working my ass off trying to get 32 on all 3 characters and I will be tomorrow so stop talking about me being bad
-
1 Replyno, but it does mean you're better
I don't have one ;_;
-
2 RepliesYes it does
-
2 RepliesGhorn = pro
-
4 RepliesHey Christmas noob how about you stop making more posts of the same shit we've been seeing since the game came out, have an original thought for once! Thanks!
-
1 ReplyIt doesn't make you good but it does make everything easier so...
-
1 ReplyHonestly, Ghorn doesnt make me good. I was doing fine before. Now im doing better because I can help my team and they can help me. I did the Nightfall twice on one character just to help another guy out. Ballerhorn doesnt make the man. The man makes the Ballerhorn
-
1 ReplyMaybe so but not having one does make you bad
-
No it doesn't mean you are 'good' but it does mean you can deal more damage than a person without one.
-
Your right but how ever you know what having a maxed ghorn does mean free ticket into any ce hard mode fire team
-
2 Repliesi have 3 gjallerhorn...does it means i m good? No, i m just making the raid nighfall easier for my teammates.
-
3 RepliesI just tell people I have Ghorn because it makes me a priority over others. Almost guarantees me a spot in Raids or Nightfalls. It's a problem though, I'll admit it is.
-
1 ReplyYou are right having Gjallarhorn is not about being good it is a special ability that I have.
-
1 ReplyMeans your a mother -blam!-ing pro earner !! Haters gonna hate !
-
1 ReplyIt means one thing. You have it. /thread

1 ReplyEdited by Kai Drogon: 2/2/2015 1:50:09 AMThe Crota hm fight works best with 3 Gjallarhorns, a sniper and someone to continually keep Crota's attention with a primary (also chip away at shield) If you don't own a Gjallarhorn aim to be either the sniper of attention getter, if I'm making a group and see that I'd choose you over another post saying max 331 Gjallarhorn. Experience and knowing your role is more important than weapons
-
1 ReplyBut isnt it weird how all the good players have it haha
-
1 ReplyYoure right. i think youd still suck even if you did have one.
-
1 ReplyMost good players will have it, as they will have three characters, run both raids and nightfall on all characters every week. I appreciate it still comes down to RNG (except if you purchased via Xur). But if you only have one character, you are significantly reducing your chances of getting one (as well as other exotics). ... and finally yes, you do not need a Gjallahorn, but once you have it, why use anything else?
-
1 ReplyCrota hard yesterday 1 ghorn on the team. Took half an hour
-
Maybe so but not having one does make you bad
-
3 RepliesLol who said it did? People prefer others with G-Horn simply for the huge amount of damage it does. I've never heard anybody say ghorn equals skill. You're reaching.
