3 Repliesit's almost mathematically impossible that xur and his inventory are rng. To have plan c 3 weeks on a row, dragon's breath twice in a very short amount of time, and no land beyond sold twice in such close proximity is such an astronomically long decimal of a percentage chance. And the fact that he is once again not selling ammo cannot possibly be by chance. Not this often. And even if all of these things were by chance, i am really struggling to understand why they wouldn't just intervene when it's ruining the experience of the community. We are all out or almost out of ammo. I could really use just ammo

Dlc exotics are definitely weighted, heavily I might add. I've gotten dragons breath 4 times and no land beyond 5 times and the number of items he's sold the armor pieces...

Bungie picks the items, it is obvious. All DLC-required stuff 2 weeks in a row. Warlock armor has been DLC-required for I don't know how many weeks, but like 5 or 6 maybe. And yeah, sad people think it's RNG, then again, I've seen a lot of their posts on these boards, so it's not surprising.
