He's saying the dude maxed out his eidolon ally and the last upgrade for it turned it into necro. All he needed was the crux to fully max it.

Cause in order to JUST GET it you need to add crux to eidolon and poof! A maxed nechro. Maxed immidiate due to the last eidolon perk being the transformation of it to necro, it does not reset the perks on the gun. Just the gun itsself.

You don't have to level it up like the vex. If you upgrade it with the crux it's finished and like the vex the damage cap is higher then other guns from the dlc.
