You're certainly right. The jelly horn has eluded me thus far, but the only thing that gives it an advantage over the Hunger is that the cluster bombs on the ghorn track their target and the clusters on the hunger don't. However, having, say, an icebreaker equipped along with my hunger gives me a way bigger damage advantage. I can rocket, then switch to my breaker and lay down way more damage.
