12 RepliesYou kids and killing Crota with a sword. Back in my day, we had a rock. One rock for the whole platoon. And we had to share that rock. Some hunter decides he's going to take the rock and get a critical kill because the rock will just magically reappear in his hand well guess what, he missed most the time. If we couldn't find the rock, our platoon did without that rock until we got resupplied from command. Running around with you gha-flan-ga-la-horns and you guns that don't jam. I remember my fist gun. Worked only half the time. You know what it shot? Yep, the damn rock. Had to go find it every time you shot it if you wanted ammo. Accidentally shot a vex with it. It teleported across the universe with my rock jammed inside its skull. Damn thing ducked when I took the shot. Took me three weeks to track it down and get my rock back. Yeah. Protect your rocks rookies.

Killed him with sword 30+ times, 7 on hard, and not just as my hunter mu warlock has too. Something about carrying a team really pleases me

Needless to say, I was quite salty with the RNG. Any sword bearers wanting to help my 32 Titan w/ Gjally, BH, and Abyss Defiant hit me up on PS4!
