If you are a competent player and decent at fps games(react quickly and dont die alot). you should have no problem learning and excelling at raids.

Also find a group that is nice and willing to help. There are a lot of us out there. If you get into a group with a "know it all" like the post above ( funny read) then dont feel like u have to put up with crap. Good luck ! Some advice I would give is killing stuff is good...staying alive is better ( will come in handy def in hard mode)

Edited by kEstAr397Uc: 1/25/2015 6:01:40 AMDo normal 1st. Everybody wants to jump straight into hard mode. Also i rarely use a Gjallarhorn on a raid

I actually use either Hunger of crota or song of ir yut. but before that i was rocking just a couple rare heavies and a scout rifle and fusion rifle.

First of all, ask for help and include your Gamertag or whatever it's called on Playstation. Tell us what console you're on. Then sit back and wait for help to arrive, OR you can go to destinylfg.net OR destinylfg.com OR any of the LFG apps on a smartphone. If you're on Xbox One, not a young kid, and are capable of listening and following instruction, I'll be happy to lead you through some raids when I have time.

Uummm watch raidguides or have a mic
