Where's the Pulse Rifle Buff?

I'm OK with them as they are, but I won't say no to a buff ;)

What kind of buff? Damage wise? Pulse rifles are second to scout rifles as far as precision shooting. Aim for the upper chest and the second three round burst hits their head. Shooting anywhere else on the body and you're wasting the PR's potential.

4 RepliesI disagree. I'm on a pulse rifle kick right now and am tearing up in Crucible. The problem is that people play them like they're auto rifles. They require a more tactical approach.
