Red death health regen on kill is going to be extremely useful on hard raid

Err... it's OK I guess. In a long hallway you might out shoot the vex. 3x burst to the head is a kill. I'm not really into pulse rifles, other than bad juju. I'd go scout rifle over a pulse. MIDA could prolly out shoot the vex at the right range. But remember, you need to be be to engage at any range with your primary, so you're gonna be at a huge disadvantage in mid-range to close.

Shame pulse rifles aren't the best for pvp right now....some of them look pretty badass
