will the helm continue to only drop at Crota on hard
They said there will be an increased chance of a helm drop on hard but will it remain only at the Crota checkpoint? If so this is kinda stupid to put that and all raid primaries only at Crota cuz everyone will just play that checkpoint

Crota only drops Helms on both Normal and Hard Raid. It is said to be a better chance of dropping on hard mode

3 RepliesHelmet has always been the tougher raid item to get. At least they allow some element of drop on Normal. Before DLC remember the 29 vs. 30 arguments? 30's put huge walls up against 29's who needed the hard raid to have a SHOT at becoming 30 because the helmet only dropped in Hard mode. 30's didn't want weaker 29's by nature of their level to impede them. At least now there is a chance to get it on Normal even if it is slim.

2 RepliesEdited by wardy: 1/17/2015 3:50:11 PMI got my helm in the most epic way possible to cut a long story short we were having problems with some new guys but I let them stay on the final run we were about to hit the enrage timer crota was a 1 shot 1 guy died as I killed the sword bearer everyone gave up but not me xD jumped up near crota 2 ghorn rockets picked the sword back up bang crota dead then oversoul killed us right after and got my helm whoop whoop xD EPIC
