Question
I just got a nat type fail error on ps4 now it seems I can get online but cant see any one online ir my friends list. Any one know of a way to fix it other then restaring my router alot or with out a pc sence I no longer have one?

Whenever that happens try to do the mtu trick in you custom Internet connection settings Chang it to either 1473 or 1400. Just change it back to 1500 when the network is back up or you'll have errors and a poor Internet connection to the servers.
