I know this is a long shot but does anyone have the Movie 14 Victini? I'm building a Psychic gym and my Delphox just isn't cutting it I'm looking for this one so that it's english and has V-Create and Fusion Bolt as it's moves I recently got a PowerSave plugin for Christmas and can clone or (Shinyify?) your pokemon for you in exchange and have some event pokemon such as darkrai and keldeo if you jut want to trade. I can trade in Y or Omega Ruby, whatever is easier for you Thanks for reading, I hope to see some other pokèguardians out there as well :)
