your rifle doesn't have solar damage which lowers it usefulness and doesn't keep consistent damage to tier two enemies the vex has no reduction on tier two enemies while every scout rifle does. It out does any scout rifle in damage and fire rate.

I have vision maxed and another nitc maxed. Another nitc does up to 200 points more damage than vision. Still good for shields though.
-
Once again solar also does not increase damage, my another nitc does more than 1000 for precision damage to voc's 890. And my scout rifle outputs more than the vex.
-
Also when it comes down to impact its a fusion rifle that fire full auto which bursts down any enemy the vision is better than any scout rifle in the game because of full auto, solar damage, and the disrupter on it for vog
-
Any weapon that is 331 will do more damage than any gun before dlc.
-
That's not accurate at all.
-
Yes it is.
-
Yes because there is solar burn and oracles on every map.
-
Solar burn isn't on every map. It hasn't been in a nightfall in weeks since this week. Oracles are only on vog. And when I have. Fully upgraded vog gun opposed to a new expansion gun I'm taking the vog gun every time
-
Good for you, ill stick with the stronger weapons.
-
Impact affects damage per bullet
-
Not as much as range. Impact does better knockback, i have used the impact upgrades on plenty of weapons and still don't see much of a difference.
-
I'm saying two scout rifles with different impact from the same distance, more impact means more damage a shot, range is also important, but only for long range shots. Those assault rifles with low impact have lots of ammo for a reason.

After the nerf from the babies ruin those auto rifles. Even so it still does not show as much i feel like it should.
