Level 32--How Close Are You to Getting There???
Well the race is on to get to level 32 by the time the Hard Raid drops. I have all the armor I need for my main character. Just need 9 more Shards!!
For those who haven't gotten to 32 yet, how close are you to making it???
Edit: Great to see all of the posts and stories. I need 5 more Shards now and I have my final character to take through the full Raid. Keeping my fingers crossed!
Edit #2: Just got the last 2 shards I need to get to 32. Now I just have to complete some bounties tomorrow (New Year's Day) to unlock the upgrades and I'm there. Of course, I still have 3 pieces (total) of Raid gear I need for my other 2 characters to get to level 32. Oh, and 126 more Shards!! Let's all hang in there Guardians!
Edit #3 Finally got the boots for my Warlock so I know have a full set of Raid armor to get my 2nd character to 32. Unfortunately I only have 31 shards. I do have 57 energies, but I am about 10 days of bounties away from getting to Eris level 4 so I can convert them. Still have to do runs with my Hunter and Titan this week, but no way I'm getting 32 shards. Looks like it will be sometime mid-week next week before I have 2 32s.
Edit #4 Got the chest and (gulp) the helmet for my Titan last night!! Now I have full Raid armor for both my Warlock and Titan (my Hunter is already level 32). I have 60 Energy and 40 Shards right now and I still have to do a full Raid tonight with my Hunter. After doing the Raid with 2 of my characters next week I should definitely have all of the combined materials to get all 3 to level 32. Just have to keep doing all of the Eris bounties daily to get to Rank 4. I'm about 3300 XP away, so I should get there by next Thursday or Friday. It will still take a few days after that as I need to get a lot of glimmer. I may start leveling up a few pieces of armor now.

Have a full raid set, just need about 30 shards. Should just need one more weekly reset (will hit rank 4 in about a week with Eris and have 20+ radiant energy) and will have an alt high enough to do the raid soon.

Now that we have the Hard mode release date the pressure is on (well self-inflicted pressure) to get to 32 on all of my characters. I have 66 Energies and 45 shards (still need the timed chest this week for 1 character so I can add 2 materials to this total) for 113 Radiant materials total. I will run Hard mode on my 32 Hunter which should get me enough total materials to get the 126 shards I need to get my Warlock and Titan to level 32. I'll just have to wait until next Saturday when I should finally be at Eris rank 4 so I can exchange 50-60 energies for shards. I plan to have the 25,000 max glimmer on hand and will then grind for any more glimmer I need to complete the exchange.

Update from the last time I posted here. I was missing the helm & chest. After weeks of getting repeated raid gloves & boots, I've decide to upgrade my exotic helm & chest. By doing so, I've pushed myself closer to 32 with upgraded raid gloves & boots. Last night something unexpected has happened. Raid chest ! That's right a raid chest piece. So my wait is now over & I can become a 32. Now some might say "oh you're not a real 32". I say "suck me sideways" because without full raid gear I still do/did better then most you ass clowns. Transmission over.

I got one L32 already (Hunter) and just got the last pieces for my warlock (boots) and titan (chest) yesterday! So today im leveling up my Titan (Vanguard Rocs) to get plasteel platings and then just shard it up, I have literally like 60+ (Thanks to Eris R4)

1 ReplyI need 11 shards or 2000 Eris points so at lvl 4 I can exchange energies. Not sure if I'll hit lvl 4 before next weeks raid.

Got the boots and helmet I needed for my Titan last night so I can wear any Exotic, which I really wanted. I think I have enough shards/energies/ black wax and glimmer to make it happen tonight too. My two Warlocks have been there for weeks, got lucky on them.
