I originally chose hunter thinking it would be cool to be stealthy and all that. Turns out the only class differences are the abilities, there being no permanent perks for hunter (at my level at least) I find it to not be a great class. I recommend warlock as an alternative.

Best class to run the sword of crota.

A 22 hunter with 1200 Grimoire says hunters aren't that good, and says to make a warlock, and doesn't even have a warlock. Christmas Noob alert.

2 RepliesEverybody runs like little girls in pvp when they see either blade dancer or golden gun coming. That's what I love about my hunter. Lol.

the only thing bungie needs to do w the hunter is fix hungering blade.. many times where i kill someone and then die by that same person
-
4 RepliesMy Hunter is my main and fav at lvl 31, but i do believe Hunters need a small pvp buff... maib a blink damage boost? It no way compares to Titans shoulder charge or warlocks nova bomb..
-
Dont listen to this post. I'm playing all three and i regretting not having a hunter when i had two titans. You just have to figure out the loadout you need. I armor my hunter up because i main a titan and know i play like a tank sometime, but its still my handcannon character.

Lol a noob doesnt understand the finer points of a hunter

My hunter is my lowest-levelled character (I run all three classes). Still my favourite to actually play the game with, although Warlock's Nova Bomb is fun, and Titan's Ward of Dawn is incredibly useful in raids. Max out all 6 subclasses and then decide!
-
I like all classes equally. Sometimes you just get bored of one and want to switch to another. Also helps when you get gear that doesn't match.
-
Really? Hunter is a precision class - all abilities involve and enhance gun/knife usage and makes guns more fun to use. It is my funnest class. Warlock totally different playstyle. Warlocks cause great havok with smamming grenades and super kaos. Self-revive helpful for difficult missions. Titan is an all around work horse, for support and taking over areas. Getting the job done. All have very different play styles. Play Destiny much?

Why would you reccomend a class you don't have. Maybe this game isn't for you.
-
11 RepliesHunters are the best class if you know how to play them properly Warlocks are for people who can't play properly....
-
I believe a warlock would be a good choice for you. #Christmasnoob

Your only a 22. Come back once your a 31 with both maxed subclasses and tell me what you think
-
You recommend a warlock? You don't even have a warlock lol. I recommend playing as all 3 classes. They are all awesome to play as
-
Got all 3. All fun. Really have played Hunter most lately. I like the agility and jump. Warlock feels goofy now but I love the warlock supers.
-
Please just stop...
-
I prefer the hunter because of my play style. I like my classes agile, fast, and untouchable. I've been playing every game like that since modern warfare. Warlocks are alright, and I haven't touched the titan since the beta. If you like a class thats all about speed and agility then the Hunter is for you

Class abilities are always the only difference. That's the meaning of classes in many RPGs. Since there aren't weapon proficiencies or actual stats, classes are composed entirely of their perks.
-
3 Repliesyou will change your tune once one of us revives you using invisibility.
-
Do not choose warlock

6 RepliesTones of Agility is a big perk, can go invisible, good offensive supers, great grenades, gunslinger has a throwing knife; in what way is the Hunter a bad class?

I wouldn't take a Kinderguardian's advice.
