You say you come out with a patch to screw us over and make it take 40 blue engrams just to rank up this bastard and then you say you make it more likely to get a legendary out of the cryptarch rank up packages, I got one legendary out of 11 rank ups. I've gotten more when you could still get blues out of legendary engrams. So your RNG is still the worst in the history of gaming and now you force us to grind and grind and grind more then we had to before, and no Christmas gift?
