Im okay with people hating leadership. Im just of the reasoning that maybe you should hate leadership for the actual things they do and not some boogeyman of "oh hey has *gasp* CARS!!" Also yes devs carry some level of responsibility for the end product. They are the one actually making it. Leadership plays a huge factor dont get me wrong. But you can't have leadership hovering over every single person's shoulder to make sure they get nothing wrong. Especially when they are being paid A HUNDRED THOUSAND. For 100k you should be able to rely on them to do their -blam!- job right
