This was an emblem that I redeemed on the Bungie website, and I have used it in the past on console and PC now, I am unable to equip it on either; it's sitting on my titan but I am unable even to see it in collections, when I try to apply it, I am told I do not own it, does anyone know of a fix?

Controlled Chaos is a 2019 emblem, sure it's an emblem that people could still obtain a code for, any time up until today if they found one for sale, but due to its age, and what you said about using it for years, this is what I think happened: - You had a much older Bungie Account at some point, and this is where the code was redeemed to, - You used the emblem for a good 3-4 years or so, - When you linked accounts for cross-save, you linked the old platform account to a newer one. This detached it from its old Bungie Account and connected it to the newer one from Dec 2023. That is why the emblem does not show in your redemption history - it's now looking at a different, newer Bungie Account. Ideally you link the new accounts to the older one, so the new accounts are attached to the oldest Bungie Account, - You've got a copy of the emblem on your Titan but are not allowed to use it because it is not in your redemption history. That would be what you see in the case of the above happening. Unfortunately there isn't anything I can suggest. Firstly it is likely that the old oiginal Bungie Account has been 'orphaned' - with no platform accounts attached to it, you can no longer log into it, that means it is forever lost. However due to the change on the 25th of March 2025 that prevents accounts being unlinked, you would not be able to move your platform accounts back over to the old Bungie Account even if you did have a way to log into it.
