So i leave the first match of the day. Its 50/10. Greatly balanced off course.....
And i get a suspension right away for 5 minutes... which is the same amount of time (sometimes even more) wasting in searching for players for another pvp gamemode.... as if i am better off just playing pve in general and leave pvp for ever because its bs

Yeah I typically quit before the match starts if it's a terrible map. I'm okay spending 5 mins at the tower.

The only way you got banned after quitting 1 match is if you’re someone that quits frequently. I’ve quit a few matches here and there for irl things and have yet to earn even a time-out. If you’re getting a suspension, it’s because you do it enough to make the playlist worse
-
Not really because the people leaving weren't the ones paying for it before. I hope they never remove it. I don't care if 10 million people are playing. Self serving babies rampantly quitting and then blaming the game on other things can go ahead and sit in the corner.

Don’t quit can’t stand quitters, glad your banned and don’t try justify it with unbalanced matches bet you don’t quit matches you are winning easily
-
25 RepliesJust don't quit. Pretty simple. At 50-10, that match is going to last another 2 minutes AT MOST.
-
The ONLY reason you got timed out that quick is because you have an active history of quitting matches. I’d be willing to bet, if I checked your crucible report, I’d find a number of ‘DNF’s. I quit one match recently and didn’t even get a warning because it’s not a habit.

If you left when it was 50 to 10, you made the game LESS BALANCED, and you subjected some poor soul to JOIN THE GAME LATE. On top of that, had you simply waited 1 more minute, Mercy Rule would have kicked in, and you could have left the playlist with no penalty and gotten rewards.

8 RepliesQuitters suck, period.

What's insane is that Bungie is punishing players for leaving matches filled with problems that they created!
-
On the bright side, suspensions are only 5 minutes now and they don’t get longer like Bungie said they would.
-
Totally agree the dumbest thing implemented into the game need to get rid of it

Edited by SoulReaper070492: 10/28/2024 7:49:28 PMSuspensions in Control playlist can go for sure. It makes little to no sense having it in what is meant to be a casual playlist, however it can stay in comp/ trials. To back up my reason, since the start of this episode most matches I've done have been mercies either for my side or the opposite no one wants to have their first match end in literally seconds because bungie ended pissimg off most the player base resulting in low population
