In my opinion, it seemingly was suppose to be basically an alternative to Divinity as it gave weaken and Volitile. Unfortunately, Bunige is afraid of us having any team synergy so buffs/debuffs don't stack and the weapon isn't even good against champs. The volitile shot isn't volitile rounds so no anti-barrier and weaken doesn't stop Overloads, suppress does. If they made it more viable as a supportive weapon like actually making the weaken debuff stronger or giving the volitile shot anti-barrier, maybe it could improve.
