It never had 20% damage buff.
15% is nothing, simply nothing.
Obviously you can't recall the outstanding damage potential good 'ol Recluse had in its high days.

Yes it did. Right before everything got sunset they nerfed all of the pinnacle perks. Moa had a 15% nerf and was at 20% dmg boost instead of 35%. They should of kept it at 35% in pve and left it at 20% in pvp. That would have made recluse much better but as it stands funnelweb is the better option.

Also keep in mind that recluse can roll repulsor/destablizing and surrounded. Like look at all the great perks recluse has. Dynamic sway... target lock... tap the trigger... Funnelweb's perks are 90% doggy.

Feeding frenzy and frenzy is useless together because frenzy increases reload speed. The best roll for recluse would be desperate measures and maybe repulsor brace or feeding frenzy. But we are talking about how useless moa is.

I guess u don't understand. Feeding frenzy only increases reload speed. While frenzy increases, dmg reload speed and handling. Why are u gonna use 2 reload speed perks when u can get a second perk that is useful, such as repulsor brace. They are no way close to perfect together, actually they are terrible together. You never need 2 reload speed perks on a weapon.

They are useless together. U will never need a stacking reload buff unless it's on a dps weapon. Anyone with a brain would dismantle a feeding frenzy frenzy roll over a roll with anything else and frenzy. Because a stacking reload buff is useless in any kind of content.

Yeah, I mean the original op days. But even post nerf back then 20% was still strong. Now OK with 15% Imho but not really better than Funnelweb. Or just take any smg running with kill clip.

I mean the perk should be something though it shouldn't be useless. They either need to buff it 20% again or they need to add something to it. Why would anyone use that perk over frenzy. Frenzy gives a lot of benefits over moa and in higher content it procs easier.

Indeed. One Youtuber suggested to run MOA together with enlightened action in order to reap the benefits of Frenzy but why wasting a perk when you can just run Frenzy instead plus another perk like dynamic sway or whatever in column 3.
