You can do either task and one is just get a bunch of rapid kills with it.
Load shiro chi and farm with an smg, it isnt difficult.

Multikills? Riskrunner. It'll be done is minutes.

Ive already got it done but huckleberry did it really quickly just at shiro chi thanks to the constant reloading and the damage increases (i also wasnt sure if the chains would count from riskrunner as the scorch didnt count from my calus)
