People relaunch over and over again to get a tier 3 terminal overload. The first two tiers are pointless, so there’s no reason not to.

How do you get a tier 3 if no one is running tier 1 and 2? I am running it from 1 to 3 and I don't need to reach 1810 in one week. Usual antisocial streamer's/YouTuber's grind recommendations creating more harm than benefits. Hopefully Bungie will fix it. Honestly I doubt these guys are enjoying the game. For them it's not a game but a job. And we/you are there appreciative lemmings running after them.

If more people do this, at some point it'll be hard to find a tier 3 because nobody is doing tier 1 and 2.

There will always be some who don't exploit the system and do it through normal route. It'd be funny if you couldn't open the t3 chest if you didn't participate in the earlier waves.

Yeah I saw that because I was just down where the terminal is at trying to do the Lost sector and as soon as I got ready to go in I saw four people spawn in and start doing the event so I ran all the way back to join them and they disappeared I'm like what the hell, then on the way back to the Lost sector I see three more people going and they actually start doing it

Wouldn’t be an issue if it was more worthwhile for players to play the whole activity.

Yeah I noticed that the first or second phase randomly will drop a chest because every time I've played it we've done all the objectives and beat the boss to move on to the next phase but yet a chest rarely spawns
