How am I suppose to build around that? That pretty much insures I will not be using it. It’s is too costly and provides way too little in return. Secondary weapon mods should be about half of what they cost, honestly 3 points should be the max for anti-champion mods. It doesn’t change or enhance gameplay, all it does stun champion. But why bother when primary weapon mod does the same but for 1/7th the cost. This needs to be seriously reevaluated.
