Duality dungeon inconsistent Major combatant spawn
When attempting the Duality dungeon solo, I noticed that there was an inconsistancy with the Major (Yellow Bar) butcher combatants. Sometimes they are there, and sometimes they are not. On the way to the first encounter, if the first one isn't there then the second one usually isn't there either.
