1 ReplyWhat are they going to say with regards to known issues without further upsetting the community? Crossplay is broken. We all know that. Bungie gets on the site and says “Yes, crossplay isn’t working as intended, however we don’t plan to address this anytime soon. “ Basically if there’s nothing good to say then the best option is to say nothing at all. You know what’s wrong with the game. It then becomes your decision to continue playing it or move on. Don’t expect Bungie to bother. They’ve shown us that feedback matters little and that virtue signalling is more important then improving the game.

1 ReplyFunny enough, they replied to way, way more when Activision was in charge..... and yet even back then, Bungie still got themselves thrown out for having poor customer service and taking forever to address complaints.

It was a sassy rude comment but O.P. deserved it. This feedback section sees less action from actual Bungie that the moon sees humans chilling on it.

You know watch a post, and place bets on the usual suspects to chime in and stir the pot or defend them. or Maybe it’s just to study how long people will vent to each other or the void? 1 ReplyIf you ever wonder why that is. Just read the comments in this thread. This forum is very hostile, very emotional, and not willing to have open dialogue. Meanwhile, reddit for example. The people there actually want the game to be better, and make posts and do testing and give genuine feedback. Not just shitpost under the guise of "but it's criticism"

1 ReplyThey actually used to be more active in here. I still remember when Dmg and Cozmo would reply to people/make posts themselfs. Bungie probably gave up on this community forum and I don't blame them. Some of the posts in here are… ehh… something else.

Its clear after all these years bungie is a very non transparent company. If youve been hear from the start you would be numb to all the twabs now. Ive heard so many announcements that simply DO NOT happen its a joke. All the complaints or suggestions which some have been good ones are ignored and bungie makes us play how they want. But yes you are correct they do what they want, guess its their right.

Because its pointless save for a few purely technical issues as recent events clearly show. Besides that, Bungie itself has never used the forum. Ninjas, mods and mentors aren't Bungie employees.
