PSA: reset your artifact to complete the Nightmare Harvester Tuning Triumph
Mine wouldn't complete, even though I was 25/25 it still showed 23/25. Resetting the artifact and unlocking them again fixed the issue.

Triumph still shows 0/25 despite being at 21/25. Guess I’ll wait til I have them all to try the reset
