Its just pure luck
most of the time you get the worst players in PVP existance
Its literally Insane
or am i just unlucky to get teammates that can hold a controler?
Just bring back the flawless pool

1 ReplyFor bad players, it's easy. 90% of the time they get players that are better than them and thus get shot up to the lighthouse. I got to 6 0 brainlessly easy and was then given 2 teammates with less than 1000 elo. Other than that, dividing the playerbase and queues is the stupidest thing Bungie has done in a while. If they want to keep freelance, only have it once a month or so. Having 8 separate queues is dumb.

You're just as bad as me...
-
You know - we can see your stats and games right ?

Edited by Chucky: 10/25/2021 3:04:09 PMThere is a flawless pool no? Also it seems like you are not good at all and probably are the source of pain for many of your unfortunate teammates
-
1 ReplyI'm average at best and flawless was easy.
-
If you don't like solo q play with friends or lfg team
-
The flawless pool is still on???
-
2 Replies2xflawless. now perfect because i get decent mates too since the pool is activated 🎉
-
Oh flawless is completely luck based at this point. Will you get decent teammates or will you get bad players on top of cheesy opponents.
-
1 ReplyBruh, Looking at your Trials report it would seem that you have some improving to do yourself. Your K/D is 0.67 overall. Heck, I'm an "average" at best PvP player and mine is higher than that. However, it appears that you may have been carried to Flawless in the past. I understand that there are some potato's cropping up out there. Trust me I know, just look at all of the games I've played this weekend. You have to put in work and get better also.

Edited by Salty Bulldog: 10/25/2021 6:35:15 AMHilarious when you look at the numbers. Your win loss rate only dropped 1% and your kd went UP to 0.68... So you're just on tilt dude. You played worse and barely won a game more in the previous weeks.

I really enjoyed it this weekend. Im average at best and managed to go 25 and 9 I think 🤔 Even snuck in a flawless id love to see it stay.
-
Nah. I’m enjoying pub stomping in the non-flawless solo queue
-
1 Replyhad several games out of 10 where a player just gives up after the first round loss or just plain garbo
-
Don’t worry, wait till next weekend. The freelance lovers will join you. same thing after the trials change earlier this season.
-
Solo Trials is not for going flawless unless you can hard carry every single game. It's just to get away from the stacks. Bad teammates against other randoms is still WAY better than getting bad teammates AND matching sweaty stacks.

4 RepliesEdited by JA: 10/25/2021 11:10:34 AMDon’t like who you get ? Make a team and stop being a self entitled Melt… you’ve got a decent playlist to work with and you’ve still got something to waffle about. Play another game. P.S - I had many 0.2-5 and my team this weekend you don’t see me making crying posts about it do you?
-
It can be pretty unlucky, but at least you’re not playing stacks.
-
2 RepliesIs the flawless pool off while trials labs is active?
-
Freelance isn't there for people's to get easy flawless...getting a random team every game have high chance of having mix results .... But if you see freelance as a more casual playlist for someone wanting to farm with no hassle and without having to get destroyed by stacks it is a way better way to play If you only care about flawless your best bet will always be to play as a stacked team

1 ReplyGood matchmaking has far less to do with skill (i.e. can't hold a controller) than it does with network latency and how the game is programmed to account for differences in internet connections (netcode, lag compensation, etc.) Traditionally it has always presented a huge problem to try and put players from different parts of the globe into the same match. You wind up with some players lagging, hits not registering, can't do any damage (because on the server the opponent is not exactly where they appear on your screen). Meanwhile other players are in god mode and can wipe out your whole team. This is always a problem with multiplayer games, but it seems to be a massive problem in Destiny. It is the reason you are constantly getting lopsided matches 5-0 or 0-5. I've come to the conclusion that whoever is responsible for that part of this game just isn't very good at it. With most other games if you were getting blown out in an unplayable match you could quit and have a decent chance of finding a playable, competitive match. With Destiny, most of the matches are lopsided which leads to an epidemic of players quitting. Rather than address the root cause, Bungle's solution is to ban player for leaving 2 matches. So you have no choice other than to bend over and grab your ankles or just quit playing PvP altogther. It is the LAZY way out. I suspect they have a dwindling user base which is why they introduced cross platform so they could cram the few remaining players into the same matches whether it is playable or not. When I was playing Battlefield on private servers, many of the server operators would specify that those joining had to be from the same region. It's common knowledge that if you join a server on the other side of the planet you will often lag it up and sometimes be impossible to kill. So I'm not surprised in Trials when I see a team of players come in with a clan name in some foreign script and they are all in god mode wiping us out and taking little or no damage. It comes down to POOR MATCHMAKING.

2 RepliesMhm, you must be new to pvp
lfg it helps a little bit
-
It kind of is luck, but I'd probably go as far as to say that if you are very good PVPer you probably could do it on your own no problem. On PC its touch and go, but I don't expect flawless from it.
-
Everything destiny pvp is pure luck. Even if you LFG a group, it's still luck of the draw.

4 RepliesEdited by Blueberry Bot: 10/24/2021 10:53:32 PMThat’s because you have people who are running the lottery hoping to land 7 in a row with you carrying them…. Only so they can go on here later and exclaim how fantastic trials solo is and how easy it was to go solo flawless 😂 No hate I’m glad people got to the lighthouse but dropping a 0.3 the whole way there isn’t worth bragging about!
-
wow you just found that matchmaking is a lottery? lol
