Trials is going to bomb this weekend
Not only is the new game mode crap....the catering to the flawless is ridiculous. What a complete 180 from last week's direction. Upvote if youre just as pissed as I am.

So what catering are you referring to? - I wouldn't mind the flawless pool if you got adepts every 3 wins (flawless or not) and a cosmetic & emblem for going to the lighthouse in the flawless pool. Are you referring to people being allowed to play with their friends for 2 days in a friend game? I mean the flawless pool alone is catering to patrol dwellers.. then you have the game mode this week with a built in catch up mechanic which also caters to patrol dwellers. I'm very confused.

2 RepliesI'll reply here because i want everybody to read this, the mentality of these 2 guys here, is why trials is trash at the moment, why Bungie will bother with trials, when these guys are happy because they are getting engrams, even though they are getting stomped non stop like cannon fodder? You guys can't settle for less, this game mode is awful, -blam!- engrams, where's your pride and fun? Getting 50 engrams and lost 200 matches in a row smh.

3 RepliesWhy are you pissed? I don't understand. They've made it clear they're trying different things on different weeks and will see what works based on data and feedback. It's not like this week's changes are staying, all you've got to do is state you don't really like this week and wait for something different next week.

If you suck at pvp, you should try to improve yourself to go flawless. This is coming from someone who never went flawless before and have a k/d 0.5.

If you read the TWAB you would know that they are experimenting until they get a low blowout card average and a decent flawless average. We're just going to have to put up with it until they're happy with the numbers. Trust me they won't be happy with this weeks numbers.

2 RepliesI’m glad some of us are having a good time but the vast majority I can vouch for are not. This has been the worst trials experience this week so far. Between the new sudden change and piss poor lag and connection errors I have lost my patience. I was ok for the first two weeks and enjoyed myself but this week has been an utter -blam!- show. I’ve lost my flawless not from losing my matches but from either being disconnected by Weasel and or Anteater and not just myself, my teammate who I was carrying at the time has lost his flawless as well thanks to this -blam!-. This will be the first week in Trials I don’t go flawless and by choice. They want this to work? Then they can start by fixing the errors that have existed since the beginning of this game before making new changes in an already half baked lobby system.

How about don't cater to either...instead find a Middle ground...a compromise where Sweats get 2 Days to sweat it out...and Non Flawless Players get 2 Days without getting stomped by Sweats. Oh ya....we have that. Even before this season, some found it easier to go Flawless Sunday- Monday over Friday - Saturday. "Cater to me, not thee"

I need 4 days to play while the average player who mains pvp should have zero days. Other people who actually play pvp shouldn’t be able to enjoy pvp endgame. I need all 4 days not just 2!” You sound ridiculous btw. First 48 Hrs of non Flawless pool there were 547k players and 1.97M matches played. This is a weekend where a lot of players are playing Halo and it’s a new game mode in Trials. Since the Flawless pool kicked on about 6 hrs ago 30k more players and 300k matches played. Where’s all these players who needed this easy mode and couldn’t wait until Sunday to play? Answer: there a minority of who actually play pvp. They cried about not being able to get adept loot and now they’re not even playing. Meanwhile those of us who actually play pvp but aren’t sweats need to sit out the last 2 days. Bungie will see this data prob open it back up to 4 days of non Flawless since PvE mains just wanted to winge but not actually play!

Yes it is...but that iams because of the matchmaking...not because of the gamemode....which is better than base trials of the camp.

Apparently" weekend " for Bungie only means a part of world's population it'll be 10:30pm on Sunday when they do the changes , it'll be even late or evening for majority of world's population. There is a reason most games do these sorts of things for 48-72 hours to give everyone a fair shot at something. Looks like population outside NA doesn't matter for Bungie.
