How do you remove a banned PlayStation account off you Bungie Account
I really want to unlink my old PS4 account because one of my family members forgot to remove my account off there console and got it perma banned how will I go about that since I can't login to that account and I would like to link my new account to my Bungie account in it's place I have yet to turn cross save because of this problem.

9 RepliesUnfortunately you can't. You will have to authenticate the account to remove it and if you can't login to it you won't be able to authenticate it.
