The "we are listening" term doesn't work with your current reaction time. Most major concerns with an easy and quick fix are being implemented 1-2 years later. We need quicker reactions. It can't be that we have to play on the same maps for 2 years cause you can't tick a box to re-implement the pvp maps from the DCV. It can't be a thing that completely broken things like shatter dive exist for almost 2 years. Just to name a couple. I could make a list for 5 hours with examples but i can't be bothered rn.
You legit felt the need to mention it about 15 times in a recent twab about the mid-season balance patch that this will not be the norm. That tells me everything. You didn't even balance a whole lot in this small update. Yet you had to make it clear as day that patches like that will not happen regularly.
How can a huge company like you be okay with the current live support of your main title. Your community managers constantly decline every single minor request by community parts with the phrase "most of our team is working on a major release for the future". Yea thats fine but you can't just completely shift literally everyone in your company to a different game and future DLC for D2.
A live service game needs live service. You took almost a year to re-issue a handful of dreaming city weapons. The reaction time for major concerns and complaints supported by thousands is just not worthy a double A studio. This is way less than a "true" indie dev gives to their customers.
Really dedicated, supportive and patient players even lose patience when you can't even throw us a bone here and there. Every exploit that remotely benefits players by any means gets fixed a couple of days after being public. Why not something qol related.
