I have run into the same issue/want...PSN banned my account out of no where w/ no warnings for something I never did and after contacting their terrible customer service 15 times trying to get answers I got nothing. Activated cross save on Steam when it first came out but apparently my PSN became "unauthorized" at some point (Bungie actually addressed this issue in a post) even after authorizing a long time ago. Reached out to Bungie for help and was responded with a copy/pasted message. Have 20+ other ways I can verify my account but because I can't sign into PSN I am told I am screwed and 1500+ hours & hundreds of dollars are gone.

Hi there. Bungie does not offer a form of content transfer at the moment. Additionally, DLC licenses are bound to the platform they were purchased on. If you wish to bring your current characters to PC, you’ll have to use cross save.
