I agree, we’re seeing the same issues with Celerity and bottomless grief. Only reason that bungie is addressing them is because EVERYONE has experienced the feeling of a wasted park slot on a gun. With precious scars being a Titan exotic, it’s not near as much of a must-have fix for the player base.
