Dec 8th I made a post titled "Cannot Advance - Step 6 BUGGED - on ALL characters" I explained the issue I was having with the Hawkmoon Quest. The issue in question, I had began the quest on my main character a hunter, during the day, then did a few raids with some friends, and then picked it back up on the character I ended the raiding with, my warlock. I had joined my friends in the quest, we all picked up all the feathers, but at the end of the mission they got the end dialogue and all that. I got nothing. As they left, I was still there waiting for the weapon to drop. So I attempted the quest again on the other characters. I even tried abandoning the quest and reacquiring it, still not working. So I decided to make a post here on the Bungie forums. However, on Dec 10th I made a post criticizing Bungies activity and lack of a dedicated support section. They responded. It's unsettling that something like this isn't even possible. Or even something they're not even willing to have a discussion to explore options. Fast forward a lot of ranting and frustration I sent a message on Feb 12th and got a reply Feb 14th https://i.imgur.com/i8FPGOt.png I waited, still no response or any mention in a twab. I messaged on Feb 28th https://i.imgur.com/tX3taXn.png Finally got a response on March 1st saying there would be a fix, or rather they're "targeting" March 16th for the fix. Well, let's just say I wrote a strongly worded essay, and now it's March 17th and I have seriously little doubt they're even willing to work with me to help resolve the issue. It won't let me get the weapon, or even move onto the next steps to do the missions to grind for it. The fact I had to risk getting banned just to get them to do anything, is deplorable.
