The PC Move function was available at bungie.net from September 17, 2019 through December 1, 2020. As of 1700 UTC on December 1, 2020 that function was retired and thus no more migrations can be made from Battle.net to Steam.
If you wish to continue, you would need to start over and purchase any dlc that you wish to play.

thats insane! so any money ive used on the game. is all gone down the drain... :( there is nothing that can be done?

Unfortunately no. There was the 14 months allowed for transfers after that the tool no longer works and there is no way to connect battle net to steam
