Hover over the D2 app on your home screen and press menu button-> manage game add ons-> download content

Hi, I have dont that even tried uninstalling it and then reinstalling it but nothing has happened. 😪😪

Should be a manage game option or something under my games an apps for destiny when you press start on it. I had to go into it and manually install the content since it didn’t automatically install with preorder.

Thank you, but I have tried that, even uninstalled the beyond light expansion and reinstalled it but still have not recieved. Just wish there was a way to contact Bungie to rectify the issue.

If you preordered and did not receive it then that is likely an issue for Microsoft more than bungie. I think cryptarch has items once you download the packs.

the expansion is not enough. there should be a dlc like "addon items" to install. When done, check in with the cryptarch Rahool. He should have the items to claim.
