Nope. You miss free kills. The meta is bad enough without essentially a sniper that gets a crit from as low as the chest, as wide as the shoulders, or way over the head.

I did originally agree that I believed that the weapon should be changed to a special (as in D1) until I found some information on the actual damage output of the weapon in PvE. Basically, all the information provided compares Queenbreakers damage output to Whispers damage output. (I assume this is because we can all pretty much agree that Whisper is consistently one of the best dps weapons in the game.) To summarize what this data will tell you: unless you can land 23 perfect precision shots (with Whisper) on your target, the Queenbreaker is stronger in actual endgame content. It’s obviously still not the best choice in most cases (ie. Xenophage, Falling Guillotine) but it’s most likely too strong to be pushed from heavy to special. Give it the damage of a high impact sniper and the low zoom setting have it the damage of a rapid fire. Then it would be very interesting

So let’s get to taking out their command, one by one. Valus Ta’aurc. From what I can gather he commands the Siege Dancers from an Imperial Land Tank outside of Rubicon. He's well protected, but with the right team, we can punch through those defenses, take this beast out, and break their grip on Freehold.

I would not suggest getting attached to any specific weapon and dont expect any weapon changes that benefit the player in any way.

6 RepliesYes, the Queensbreaker needs to go back to Special like in Destiny 1. Been saying that for a long time. Linear Fusions as a whole suck. The Arbalest is too strong because of the ridiculous bullet magnetism and aim assist (which shouldn't exist), and the Sleeper Simulant is still pretty powerful. The rest are dogshit and need something doing to them. Anyone actually remember the Komodo-4FR?

Yea it's pretty stupid that it got replaced with Arbalest. I think they don't wanna change it now to keep it's PvE damage up with the other heavies when it's on slow-charge mode. Definitely miss counter sniping with it :(
