Hi. I've been on this game for almost a year. never had issues till shadowkeep came out. all things that's ailing the game right now are in other topics, what I would like to know is how can all my characters just be erased just like that? I finished a raid yesterday and i shut the game down and went to sleep. I wake up and start up the game and im greeted by a page that has a 771 power lvl titan in it. all my other characters are gone. I power levelled all my characters to 1060. well was on my warlock and just needed 3 more armor pieces and was gonna do the pinnacles for this week. and there has not been a single info on what happened on any official channel. I'm hoping this is a bug that you will iron out soon. if that is not the case and I'm a victim of a hacker, please trey to fix it for your future players as I have all security recommendation up and running on and if they bypassed that, Bungie's security approach is fatally flawed. hope things go well and I am sorry for having to write something so long. I'm frustrated and dunno what to do. A well wisher for bungie PS. if this is not fixed or not a bug. I'm not gonna grind it again. its not that easy hope someone hears this
