Per the countless other threads about the same issue, complete the quest on another character. Then once the decoder is unlocked return to your current character. Or, per This week at Bungie, wait until Tuesday when Bungie fixes it.

3 RepliesHello, If your inventory is full of Umbral Engrams, I suggest you either cash them in at the new Prismatic Recaster or delete one or two of the ones you have, to make space for the new ones. Regards, Grammsay
