Did you complete the quest line and then they were there or something? I'm just seeing the exotic weapons, shaders, etc.

You do not have to progress the quest in order to access the pre-order items. Can you please check to make sure that you have the pre-order pack installed under the Manage section of the game? Some users needed to restart their console or install the Beyond Light DLC in order for the pre-order pack to appear.

Just restarted my console and nothing at rahool. It shows the stranger's upgrade pack and weapon pack installed on my console. I bought the deluxe pack through the Microsoft store.
