I will continue deleting vs donating if it helps keep the cancer trials out of the game.

They have always adjusted the goal, or even changed the requirements to ensure that Streamers (the content this donation stuff is meant for.) It's not meant for the little guy, the people on this forum. It's meant to help sell the Idea that Bungie is a good think tank, can come up with competent ideas. They can't. Its simple, anyone with half a brain, knows this a fear tactic to try and light a fire under Destiny to comuniity to get us to play. They removed content a year or two ago, and are now holding it hostage over our head. Next will be Faction Rallies. Remember folks, this is Bungie and we could go and play the game and ignore the "Donation," which is a magicians trick to keep people busy, it won't come to add of importance to anything. Why? We already had Trials and Faction Rallies, yea Bungie had changed them, screwed them, but that is the classic bait and switch. Now people have want to play ball, with someone like Bungie who is holding content hostage so we will play there game.

LMFAO the time you're wasting is your own. A. We don't need your fracktlini stonks B. Trials will probably be a thing even if we fail C. The ???'s for community completion are there so they can adjust the end goal. D. Trials will not hurt you. You never have to step foot into it but continue to not grow up and apply it to your real life. See how that works for you.

No one gives a shit, I can make 20k and more in 1 minute after reset. Yours means nothing, it's like chump change, no one wants it. Nearly a huge Majority have nearly 100k after every reset. Nice try, but it won't work.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

5 RepliesThis makes you not smart on many different levels. 1) trials is coming wether we meet the goal or not. They’re not canceling that content and exposure on multiple media platforms for a community event. 2) You’re really just robbing yourself of materials. You don’t have to delete them to not donate. You can still dump them back into the planetary obelisk for legendary Armor and world drop weapons or broken down into shards. All without ever donating them back into the Tower obelisk. Congrats on screwing yourself out of unnecessary spite. Edge Lord ..... This is definitely one of the more moronic posts I’ve seen.

Huge legendary shard and weapon farm. Also just turning them in to any obelisk gives you shards. Jokes on you. You won’t stop it from showing up.

2 RepliesI donated 50k this past week and then after being so upset by the huge amount of time it took (I work 80hours a day/ 8 days a week so D2 time is precious) I stopped and thought MORON. All that for something I probably will not step into more then a rare handfull of times. [b]Probably no more donations from me - 50K is too much time spent for something I could care less about. Let PvP minions get their precious cheating match back themselves.[/b]

Next season happens either way. Trials will only be for 1 season. Also don’t delete your fractline, just pump it into a planet obelisk for engrams and get more fractline on tuesdays to put into planet obelisks again. If you’re not going to help the event at least help yourself 🤦♂️

You know you don't need to actually play trials right? So because you don't like something you don't want anyone to play it? First off, i think everyone knows that it will come even if people don't donate so thats just silly to not take advantage of the bounty xp from weapon bounties. And two, no one cares if you take your ball and go home because Billy has an extra one.

I almost donated that much. Dont worry bro, I got you. I dont do mine all at once, I just unload when I have enough for a rank level up using bounties. The shards arent bad either and I've seen alot of cores. Trials can return, I wont play it, I think its stupid. But to deny yourself the extra loot of the button mash simulator? Seems so arbitrary and snowflakeish.

Even if we fall 5 billion fractaline short of their goal they would just lie and say that we exceeded expectations and destroyed the goal. Trials is coming no matter what. Might as well take advantage of the godroll/materials farm.
